The goal is to better understand the phenomenon of aerosolization of microbial cells from plants and identify the meteorological conditions and characteristics of the vegetation by which this is favored. Our data collected in the air and on leaves will be modeled for developing a tool of prediction of bacterial fluxes in direction of the atmosphere.
