Dec 2008 - Now
| Postdoc Interactions between landscape, microclimate and dynamic of the microbial populations of plants (more details to come soon!) Cindy Morris (Unité de Pathologie Végétale, domaine St Maurice INRA UR 407 Montfavet, France) Dominique Courault (EMMAH, Domaine St Paul, INRA UMR 1114 Avignon, France)
The goal is to better understand the phenomenon of aerosolization of microbial cells from plants and identify the meteorological conditions and characteristics of the vegetation by which this is favored. Our data collected in the air and on leaves will be modeled for developing a tool of prediction of bacterial fluxes in direction of the atmosphere.
